Baldness/ Hairloss

Lacking hair (whether it is complete or partial) is normally described as baldness and this term falls under “hair thinning” topic which is truly a wider topic that covers many areas. The pattern as well as degree of hairlessness can vary to a greater extent but the most common cause is female and male pattern hair loss. Baldness is also described with some terms called “androgenic alopecia”, “alopecia seborrheica” or “alopecia androgenetica”. But these terms are primarily used in Europe.
