Several traditions are considered as the possible causes of hairlessness and the relationship of baldness with one’s intelligence, wealth, social class, job, ethnicity, virility etc. While disbelief is encouraged because of shortness in scientific validation, some of the traditions probably have a certain degree of underlying truth. Previously, it was thought about androgenic type early baldness that it was because the males were sex linked dominant and the females were sex linked recessive.
